Circus cake - Tort circ - Torta il circo
How to make: the recipe is similar with Carol fondant cake.
Base : chocolate sponge cake.
Filling 1 : strawberry ,strawberry jam and double cream.
Filling 2 : milk chocolate mousse.
Decorations: fondant icing sugar.
