Fondant fancies - Prajituri cu fondant - Fondente

How to make : 175 gr plain flour,1tsp baking powder,175 gr butter softened,3 eggs,1tbs vinegar,200 ml milk,175 gr caster sugar.
Filling : vanilla butter cream and strawberry jam.
Chocolate icing : 20 gr butter,75 gr dark chocolate,4 tbsp water.Melt the chocolate,butter and water in a microwave bowl.
Fondant icing : 50 gr fondant icing sugar and 4 tbs water.Melt the fondant with water for few seconds in a microwave bowl.
Decoration,fondant icing sugar and royal icing.
Mix the flour,baking powder,butter,eggs,milk,vinegar and caster sugar,the mixture should drop easily from a spoon .Pour the mixture on to a baking paper into a baking tray(25x28 cm) .Preheat the oven at 160 C and bake in the oven at 160 C for 25 - 35 mins (test with a skewer).Remove from the tin and cool completely then cut into squares of 5 x 5 cm. Spread a layer of vanilla butter cream,then a layer of strawberry jam and cover with the other half of the cake,like in photos.
Top each squares with melted fondant icing sugar or with chocolate icing ,allow to set and decorate.
