Beef escalope - Scallopine ai funghi - Escalop cu ciuperci

How to make :
500 gr beef,250 gr mushrooms,2 cloves garlic,50 gr flour,100 ml cream,50 ml white wine,salt,pepper,30 ml oil.
Cut the beef in chunks or small slices, coat the meat in flour and fry for 8 mins, in 30 ml of oil.Add 750 ml water or soup,salt,pepper and cook until the meat is tender. Add the chopped the mushrooms,the chopped garlic,50 ml wine,100 ml cream and cook for further 10 mins.
Serve with rice or mashed potatoes or polenta.
