How to make:
Ingredients: 4 eggs,4tbs warm water,4tbs oil,200 gr sugar,200 gr flour,25 gr cocoa,a pinch salt,lemon/orange zest,juice of 1/2 lemon,vanilla.
Separate egg yolks.Beat egg whites with juice lemon, warm water and sugar.Separate beat the yolks with oil and vanilla.Mix the two compositions,add salt and sifted flour and stir slightly.Dived the composition in two parts.In one part add the sifted cocoa.In a baking try lined with baking paper, pour both alternative compositions.Preheat the oven and bake the cake at 160 C, for 20-25 mins. Allow to cool and cut it in slices.
