Chicken liver with ham,garlic & mash potatoes - Ficatei pui cu sunca si usturoi




















How to make:
Fry in 2 table spoons of olive oil, for 8-10 min,500 gr chicken liver and 200 gr chopped ham.Add 100 ml white wine,pepper,thyme and 2 chopped cloves garlic,then cook for 5 min.
Serve with mashed potatoes and gherkins.
