Chicken liver with ham,chorizo & garlic - Ficatei de pui cu sunca, chorizo si usturoi

How to make:
Fry in 1 tbs of olive oil,for 5 mins,100 gr chopped ham and slices of 50 gr chorizo ,add 250 gr chicken liver and cook for another 7 min,add 50 ml white wine,leave on a medium heat for 3 min,then add
1 chopped garlic,pepper,salt,and fresh parsley.
