Kandinsky cake - Tort Kandinsky - Torta Kandinsky



Filling 1 : White chocolate mousse







Filling 2 : Blackcurrant jam mixed with double cream

How to make :
The recipe is similar with Carol fondant Cake.
Base : - big base (diam 30 cm) : 10 eggs, 20 tbs water,20 tbs sugar,12 tbs plain flour,8 tbs cocoa.
            - medium base ( diam 20 cm) : 5 eggs,10 tbs water,10 tbs sugar,6 tbsp plain flour,4 tbs cocoa.
            - small base (diam 12 cm ) : 3 eggs,6 tbs water,6 tbs sugar, 4 tbs plain flour, 2 tbs cocoa.
Filling 1 - white chocolate mousse : 5 eggs,330 gr white chocolate,600 ml double cream.
Filling 2 - 400 gr blackcurrant jam mixed with 300 ml double cream.
Decorate with 1.2 kg fondant icing sugar.
The cake weight is 5.6 kg and it will serve 45 - 50 people.
