Purple cake - Tort violet - Torta violeta
How to make :the recipe is similar with Carol fondant cake.
Base : chocolate sponge cake.
Filling1 : raspberry jam mixed with doubled cream.
Filling 2 : mixed chocolate mousse.
Decorate with fondant icing sugar .
