Colorful cake - Tort colorat - Torta colorata
How to make :
The recipe is similar with Carol fondant cake.
Base : chocolate sponge cake.
Filling 1 : lemon curd.
Filling 2 : strawberry jam and cream.
Filling 3 : milk chocolate mousse.
Decorations : fondant icing sugar.
