How to make :
Crust : 2 cups flour, 1 tsp salt,1/2 cup oil,1/4 cup milk.Stir all together and rest in fridge for at least 30 mins. Roll out 2 crusts for 25 cm pie.
Filling : 400 gr blackcurrant,3/4 cup sugar, 1/4 cup flour,2 tbs butter,mix all together.
Put the bottom crust in a pie pan,put 3 tbs breadcrumb,add the filling,top with the second crust and pinch together.Cut two slits on the top of the pie and bake for 30 mins at 220 C.
Serve cold or hot, with or without cream.
