How to make:
2 eggs, 2 lemons zest, 8 tbs sugar, 8 tbs melted butter, 4 tbs cream,4 tbs milk, 1 tsp baking soda,350 - 400 gr plain flour,lemon fondant icing sugar.
Preheat the oven at 175 C.
Mix the ingredients until the dough will became firm,allow to cool in the fridge for 10 - 15 mins. Roll out a sheet 1.5 cm thickness and cut the cookies.Bake into the oven for 8 - 10 mins. Glaze each cookie with apricot jam and decorate with lemon fondant icing sugar.
