Flower bread - Paine floare - Pane fiore

How to make :
Ingredients : 500 gr plain flour,350 warm water,12 gr yeast,2 tsp salt,2 tsp sugar,4 tbs olive oil.
Put the sifted flour into a large bowl and stir in the salt,sugar and yeast.Make a well in the center and pour in 350 ml tepid water and the oil.Gradually mix the flour into the water,using a wooden spoon to make a soft,slightly dough. Cover loosely with a clean tea-towel and leave into the fridge at least 6 - 8 hours or over night.
Preheat the oven to 200 C.
Preheat a pan with a lid on (20 cm diameter) for 15 mins. Put the dough into the hot pan, put the lid on and bake at 200 C for about 30 mins.
