Black & white cake - Tort alb/negru - Torta bianco/nero

























How to make :
Base 1 : chocolate sponge cake.
Base 2 : vanilla fingers lady.
Filling 1 : white chocolate mousse.
Filling 2 : black chocolate mousse.
Cover with vanilla butter cream.
Decorate with fondant icing sugar.
