How to make :
Base : vanilla sponge cake.
Filling 1 : strawberries and cream.
Filling 2 : milk & dark chocolate mousse.
Covered with vanilla butter cream and fondant icing sugar.
Decorated with fondant icing sugar and edibles pearls.
