Linguine alla salsiccia - Linguine with sausage - Linguine cu cabanos





















How to make : 2tbs olive oil, 100 gr chopped sausage(Chorizo),1/2 chopped yellow pepper,1/2 chopped chili,750 ml tomatoes juice,50 -70 ml single cream,salt,1 tbs sugar,500 gr linguine pasta.
Boil the pasta according with the instructions and set aside.
Fry for 7-8 min the sausage,add the pepper,chili,then add the tomatoes juice,sugar and salt,then cook for 20-30 min,add the cream.Pour the sauce on top of pasta and serve with Parmesan.
