Chinese chicken - Pui chinezesc

How to make: fry in 2 tbs olive oil,for 7 mins ,500 gr chicken breast,add 250 gr mushrooms,200 gr chopped yellow,green,red pepper,salt,pepper,100 gr chopped spring onion + leek,2 chopped cloves garlic,then add2 tbs double cream, 200 ml water and leave to cook for another 15 mins.Serve with rise noodle and sweet chili sauce.
