How to make: 3 aubergines ,2 tbs cream,1 tbs mayonnaise,salt,1 chopped onion.
Grill and peel the aubergines,then leave it to drain for 2 hours.Mix the aubergines with cream and mayonnaise,salt and chopped onion.Serve with tomatoes and olives or cheese.
