Mushroom stew - Ciulama de ciuperci

How to make: 500 gr sliced mushrooms,2 chopped cloves garlic,1 chopped onion,salt,pepper,

2 tbs olive oil,3 tbs double cream.

Fry the onion and the garlic in oil,add mushrooms,salt pepper and cook for 20 mins then add cream and cook for another 5 mins.
