Lamb with rice & mint sauce - Miel cu orez si menta

How to make :
800 gr leg of lamb on the bone ,salt,black pepper,4 cloves garlic,200 ml white wine,thyme,25 ml olive oil.
Season the meat with salt,black pepper,thyme,olive oil and chopped garlic.Place the lamb in a roasting tin,add the wine,cover loosely with foil and place in the preheated oven at 190 C.After 50 mins,remove the foil and leave to roast for a further 10 mins (for medium) or until cooked to your like.At the end of cooking time,remove the lamb from the oven and leave it to rest in the roasting tin for another 10 mins,with some foil on top to keep it warm.
Serve with rice and mint sauce.
