Fantasy cake - Tort fantezie - Tort fantezia



























How to make : similar with Carol fondant cake.
Base : chocolate sponge cake.
Filling 1: milk chocolate mousse.
Filling 2: apricot jam and cream.
Cover with icing sugar and royal icing sugar.
