Savarine



























How to make : 1 egg,250 gr flour,7 gr yeast,4 tbs sugar,200 ml milk,3 tbs oil,pinch of salt.
Filling : 300 ml double cream.
Decorate : 7 tsp strawberry jam.
Syrup : 150 gr sugar,400 ml water,1 tbs Rum flavoring.Caramelize the sugar add water stir then add Rum flavoring.
In a separate bowl. mix together the flour,yeast,sugar,salt,add the warm milk,egg,oil,stir together and leave for about 1 hour,the dough to double its volume.
Grease and floured the baking forms and fill with the dough,half of each form, then allow to rise in a warm place,for another 15 mins.Bake for 20 mins into the oven at 160 C.
Allow to cool for 3 mins ,then deep each savarina into the syrup.Cut a little lid from each savarina and spread its with strawberry jam.Add whipped cream over the savarina and put the lid on top of its.
Allow to cool for 2 hours before serving.
