Spring cake - Tort primavara - Torta primavera
How to make : similar with Carol fondant cake.
Base - chocolate sponge cake.
Filling 1 - double creamand gooseberry jam.
Filling 2 - milk chocolate mousse.
Decorations -fondant icing sugar and Royal icing sugar.
