Tagliatelle with chorizo sauce - Tagliatelle cu chorizo

How to make : 500 gr tagliatelle.Boil them according with the instruction of the package.
Sauce : 200 gr sliced chorizo,1 tbs olive oil,1 red pepper,700 ml tomatoes juice,200 ml double cream,1 tsp sugar,salt,pepper.
Fry in olive oil,for 7-8 min sliced chorizo and chopped red pepper,salt pepper,sugar,add tomatoes juice and cook for another 15-20 mins,add double cream.
Pour the sauce on top of tagliatelle and serve with grated Parmesan.
