Penne with cheese,ham & mushrooms - Penne cu branza,ham si ciuperci






















How to make :
Boil the pasta ,500 gr penne, according to the pack information.
Sauce : 200 gr ham,200 gr mushrooms,200 gr Philadelphia cheese,100 gr grated cheese,100 ml cream,1 clove garlic,2 tbs olive oil,black pepper.
Chop the ham and the mushrooms and fry it together in the olive oil,for 7 -8 min,add the cream and cheeses.Allow to cook for 8-10 mins and mix the sauce with boiled pasta.
This quantity will serve 4 - 6 persons.
Add the chopped garlic and the sauce over the penne and stir together.
