Pizza Capriciosa

How to make :
Skinny dough : 250 - 300 gr plain flour,1tbs oil,1tsp dried yeast,1tsp salt,1tsp sugar,125 ml cold milk.
Stir together the flour,dried yeast,salt and sugar,then add the cold milk and the oil and stir well,this takes 8-10 mins. Cover the dough with wrapping film and allow to cool into the fridge for at least 30 mins .Yes,you read well,allow to cool into the fridge for at least 30 mins.
Sprinkle some flour on to the work surface and roll out the dough (30 cm x40cm). Grease with a little bit of oil a baking try(30cm x 40 cm) and put the dough into the baking try.
Topping : 100 gr mushrooms,1 yellow/red pepper,100 gr salami/ham/bacon(or 100 gr mix of it),1/2 onion,200 gr mozzarella,2 tomatoes,salt,pepper,oregano.
Sprinkle the dough with 1 tbs olive oil,then with 2 tbs of tomatoes sauce, 1 tbs double cream,add chopped mushrooms,chopped salami/ham/bacon,chopped/sliced onion,chopped pepper,grated or sliced mozzarella,sliced tomatoes,salt,black pepper and oregano.
Preheat the oven at 220 C for 10 mins,then bake the pizza for 8 - 10 mins,in the oven at maxim temperature.
