How to make :
Filling : 500 gr strawberries cut into slices mixed with 4 - 6 tbs strawberry jam.
Dough: 250 gr plain flour,120 gr butter,4 tbs milk, 2 tsp sugar,1/2 tsp salt.
Place sifted flour in a bowl in the middle add butter, salt and sugar and mix together until you start to get a dough. Add milk to the dough and blend together througly. You need to get a soft dough but not stickey. If need you can add more milk or flour. Allow to cool in the fridge for 30 minutes.Divide the dough into two equal parts.
Roll out one part into a sheet larger than a 23cm diam baking pan. Lay the sheet into the pan, add the filling and cover with the other dogh part rolled out, or you can make all kinds of models to cover the tart.
Preheat the oven at 180 C.
Bake the tart for 25-35 mins in to the oven at 180 C.
