How to make :
Base : chocolate sponge cake similar with Carol fondant cake.
Filling 1 : strawberry jam and cream similar with Carol fondant cake.
Filling 2 : milk chocolate mousse similar with Carol fondant cake.
Decoration : fondant icing sugar and edible glitter.
The cake weight is 5.3 kg and it will serve 35 - 40 persons.
