Baklava - Sarailie

How to make :
Rolls : 300 gr walnut,filo pastry,50 ml melted butter.
Moisture : Mix 300 ml hot water with 100 gr sugar,1 lemon zest and juice,rum essence .
Cut the filo pastry (15 x 20 cm ),brush with melted butter each sheet,add walnut and form the rolls.Bake into the oven at 200 C until golden brown, pour the moisture over the rolls and allow to cool for 1 hour.
