How to make :
700 gr chicken breast,500 gr mushroom,3 onions,200 ml double cream,75 ml tomatoes juice,100 ml white wine,salt,black pepper,50 ml oil,50 ml milk.
Season the chicken with salt,pepper and thyme.Heat the oil in a medium skillet over medium heat,cook the chicken until browned,2-3 mins per side. Add the chopped onions and mushrooms and cook for 5 mins,stirring occasionally,add the milk and white wine and cook for 10 mins.Add tomatoes juice and double cream and cook for further 4-5 mins.
Serve with rise or polenta.
