How to make :
250 gr plain flour,125 gr brown sugar,1 egg,75 gr melted butter,2 tsp baking powder,salt,4 tbs cocoa, 250 ml milk,1 tsp rum flavoring, 1 orange zest,150 gr chopped milk chocolate.
Mix the dry ingredients:flour with sugar,salt,baking powder,cocoa and 100 gr chocolate.
In a separate bowl mix the egg with milk,melted butter,orange zest and rum flavoring then combine with dry ingredients .Stir until the consistency will became smooth.Place 20 paper cases into a muffins tin,fill the cases only 3/4 and sprinkle over the cupcakes the rest of 50 gr chocolate,then bake into the oven at 200 C for 15 - 20 mins.Allow to cool,then decorate with vanilla butter cream and fondant icing sugar decorations.
