Nutella,banana and apricot jam pie - Placinta cu nutella,banane si gem de caise


















How to make:
Dough - 100 ml sparkling water,50 ml milk,100 ml oil,10 gr dried yeast,400 gr flour,stir together and allow to coll into the fridge for 30 mins.
Filling - 4 bananas, 8 tbs nutella,4 tbs apricot jam;dived the ingredients in 4 parts,one part for each sheet.
Dived the dough in 4 parts, roll out 4 sheets,then fill and roll each part.Bake into the oven at 200 C for 20 - 25 mins.
