Christmas cupcakes - Cupcakes de Craciun - Natale cupcakes

How to make :
Ingredients : 250 gr plain flour,125 gr brown sugar,1 egg,75 gr melted butter,2 tsp baking powder,a pinch of salt,2 tbs cocoa, 250 ml milk,1 tsp rum flavoring,150 gr chopped milk chocolate.
Mix the dry ingredients:flour with sugar,salt,baking powder,cocoa and 100 gr chocolate.
In a separate bowl mix the egg with milk,melted butter and rum flavoring ,then combine with dry ingredients .Stir until the consistency will became smooth. Place 20 paper cases into a muffins tin,fill the cases only 3/4 and sprinkle over the cupcakes the rest of 50 gr chocolate,then bake into the oven at 200 C for 15 - 20 mins.Allow to cool and decorate.
