Apricot mousse - Mousse de caise - Albicocca mousse
How to make
Ingredients :100 gr tinned apricot halves,500 ml apricot juice,50 gr sugar,200 ml double cream,whipped.
Place the apricot and apricot juice in a blender and mix,add sugar and blend together.Add the apricot puree mixture to the cream and mix well.Pour the apricot mousse into dessert glass and garnish with chocolate.
