Sticks with ham & red Leicester cheese - Saratele cu sunca si branza - Salatini con prosciutto e formaggio















How to make:
Ingredients : 400 gr puff pastry, 200 gr chopped ham,200 gr chopped red Leicester cheese,2 tbs mustard, 1 tsp poppy seeds.
Roll out the puff pastry,brush only half of the pastry sheet with mustard add the ham and cheese,fold the sheet like is shows in photo and cut stripes(1 cm ),brush with mustard and sprinkle over some poppy seeds.
Bake for 10 -15 mins in a preheat oven to 200 C.
