Strudel with cheery and cheese - Strudel cu cirese si branza - Strudel con cilliege e ricotta


















How to make :
Ingredients:6 sheets of filo pastry, 2 tins red cherry filling, 200 gr ricotta,200 gr quark cheese,6 tbs sugar,2 eggs,4 tbs semolina,2 tbs double cream,2 tbs oil.
Mix the cheeses with eggs and sugar.
Brush one sheet of filo pastry with oil,put half of the cheese mixture and roll.
Brush with oil another sheet of filo pastry put 1 tin of red cherry filling,2 tbs semolina and roll.
Then in another sheet of filo pastry roll together one roll with cheese filing and one roll with cherry filling; do so with the rest of the ingredients.
Preheat the oven to 180 C.
Line with baking paper a baking tray,put the strudel, pour over double cream and bake at 180 C, for 25 - 35 mins.
Allow to cool and sprinkle over icing sugar.
