Pastry with Turkish delight - Corabioare - Pasta sfoglia con lokum


















How to make:
Ingredients: 500 gr puff pastry,200 gr Turkish delight diced in cubes,vanilla icing sugar.

Roll out a sheet of puff pastry and cut in squares 5 x 5 cm,put a piece of Turkish delight on each square and roll like is shows in photo.
Bake for 12 - 15 mins,in preheated oven at 200 C.
Allow to cool and sprinkle over some vanilla icing sugar.
