Olives brown bread - Paine neagra cu masline - Pane con olive











How to make:
Ingredients:500 gr brown flour,320 ml warm water,11/2 tsp salt,1 tsp sugar,1 tbs oil,7 gr dried yeast,1 tbs powder milk,10 sliced black olives,poppy/sesame/linen seeds,2 tbs milk.
Put all ingredients except the milk and seeds into the bread making machine and start the program for the dough(11/2 hour).After the dough was kneaded,put it on the floured work-surface and dived in two parts. From each part form one bread ,lay a baking paper in a baking try (20 cm x 6 cm) ,put the dough,brush with 1 tsp milk,sprinkle over the seeds and bake for 30 mins in the preheated oven at 200 C.
Tip: when preheat the oven,put in the oven a small tray with water to hydrate. 

Cum se face:
Ingrediente: 500 gr faina neagra,320 ml apa calduta,11/2 tingurita sare,1 lingurita zahar,1 lingura ulei,7 gr drojdie uscata,1 lingura lapte praf,10 masline negre feliate,seminte de mac/susan/in,2 linguri lapte.
Toate ingredientele cu exceptia laptelui si semintelor,se pun in cuva masinii de paine,la programul de framantat si dospit(11/2 ora).Apoi se rastoarna aluatul pe masa de lucru infainata ,se imparte aluatul in doua si fiecare bucata se aseaza pe hartie de copt in tava (20cm x 6cm),se unge cu lapte si se presara semintele.
Painea se coace ptr cca 30 min in cuptorul preincalzit la 200 C,in care se aseaza o craticioara cu apa ptr hidratare.
