How to make :
Ingredients : 300 gr strawberries,3 eggs,200 gr flour,100 gr sugar,100 ml double cream or 100 ml yogurt,4 tbs oil,1 tsp baking soda.

Preheat the oven to 200 C.
Grease and flour or line with baking paper a 25 cm diameter or 25 cm x 28 cm baking dish.
Stir together the eggs with sugar,add the oil,cream or yogurt,flour and baking soda.Pour the mixture in a baking dish and arrange randomly the fruits on top of the mixture.
Bake at 200 C for 25 - 35 mins.Allow to cool and sprinkle over the cake some icing sugar.
