How to make :
Biscuits : 2 eggs,100 gr sugar,200 gr flour,50 gr cocoa,vanilla,75 ml melted butter/oil.Mix all the ingredients. Lay a baking paper in a tray ,then with a spoon place the biscuits like is show in photos. Bake in the preheated oven at 200 C,for 10 - 15 mins ,or until golden brown. Allow to cool and decorate with vanilla butter cream.
Vanilla butter cream : 100 gr butter softened,200 gr icing sugar sieved,1 tbs milk,1 tbs vanilla extract.
In a large bowl beat the butter with a wooden spoon or an electric whisk until light and fluffy.Gradually mix in the icing sugar until smooth and creamy.Add the vanilla and sufficient milk to give a fairly firm spreading consistency.
