Strawberries tiramisu - Tiramisu cu capsune - Tiramisu alle fragole

How to make:
Ingredients: 500 gr fingers lady,300 gr ricotta cheese,300 gr whipped cream, 4 tbs strawberry jam,500 gr strawberries.
Moisture : 150 ml water mix with 2 tbs strawberry jam.
Mix ricotta with strawberry jam, 150 gr whipped cream and 300 gr sliced strawberries.
Moisture the fingers lady ,then arrange a layer of fingers lady in a tray (20 x 30 cm),add half of the ricotta mix,another layer of fingers lady,add the rest of the ricotta mix,another layer of fingers lady. Cover with whipped cream and decorate with the rest of 200 gr strawberries.
