Cupcakes with pineapple,black berries and physalis - Cupcakes cu ananas, mure si physalis - Cupcakes con ananas,more e physalis

How to make :
Ingredients : 200 gr pineapple cubes,100 gr black berries,50 gr physalis(for decoration) ,3 eggs,200 gr flour,100 gr sugar,100 ml double cream or 100 ml yogurt,4 tbs oil,1 tsp baking soda.

Preheat the oven to 200 C.

Grease and flour a cupcakes baking dish.

Stir together the eggs with sugar,add the oil,cream or yogurt,flour and baking soda.Pour the mixture in the cupcakes baking dish and arrange randomly the fruits on top of the mixture.Keep the physalis fruits for decoration.

Bake at 200 C for 25 - 35 mins.Allow to cool,sprinkle over the cupcakes some icing sugar and decorate with physalis fruits.
