Apricot and marzipan cake - Tort cu caise si martipan - Torta con albicoche e marzipan








How to make :
Base : vanilla sponge cake.
Filling : 2 cans apricot compote,50 gr marzipan melted,4 tbs apricot jam ,500 ml double cream .
Covered with whipped cream and decorated with cherries and apricot (compote).
