Cheese crisp filo parcels - Pachetele cu branza











How to make: 200 gr filo pastry,olive oil,100 gr hard cheese, or mushrooms,or mince meat.
Leave the sheets of filo pastry stacked.Cut the stack into 10 cm squares,then separate them:you need 24 squares.Brush each squares with olive oil and place the filling in the center.Fold the filo around the filling to make the parcel.Brush the outside with more olive oil.
Bake on a baking paper at 200 Celsius for 7-8 min or until crisp and golden.Leave to cool for at least 5 min before serving.
