Aubergines dip - Salata de vinete
How to make:
Ingredients: 6 aubergines,1 medium onion,salt,25 ml oil,25 ml cream or milk.
Grill and peel the aubergines,allow to cool for 2 hours.Then mix the aubergines with 25 ml oil,a pinch of salt, add the cream and the chopped onion.
Serve with tomatoes and cheese.
