Spaghetti with garlic,olive oil & chili - Spaghetti alio,olio & pepperoncino
How to make:500 gr spaghetti,4 cloves garlic,1 handfuls green parsley,125 ml olive oil,1 hot pepper,100 gr grated Parmesan.
Cook the spaghetti in a sauce pan of boiling salted water until tender,for 8 -10 min.Drain and add 50 ml olive oil.Set aside. For the sauce,heat the 75 ml olive oil in a sauce pan add chopped garlic and fry for 3 min,add chopped hot chili than cook for 2 min.Add spaghetti and sprinkle with chopped parsley and grated Parmesan.This quantity will serve four people.
