Fish & chips




How to make :
Chips : 800 gr peeled potatoes,salt, 250 ml oil.
Fish: 650 gr skinless haddock or cod fillet,cut into 4 equal pieces,50 gr flour,50 gr cornflour,1 egg,125 ml ice-cold sparkling water,salt,pepper,500 ml sunflower oil for frying.
Coat each fillet with the mixture of flour,cornflower,egg,salt,pepper,sparkling water,then fry the fish into the hot oil,for 5 min on each part or until is golden.
Serve with lemon or garlic sauce.
