Beetroot roll - Rulada cu branza si sfecla rosie

How to make : 2 eggs,8 tbs flour,4 tbs cream,50 ml beetroot juice,1/2 tsp baking soda,salt,pepper, stir together and bake for 20- 25 mins at 160 C.
Fill with creamy cheese,chopped spring onion,red pepper.
Roll and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
