Black and white blossom cake - Tort alb si negru - Torta bianco e nero
How to make : Chocolate base is similar with the base of Carol fondant cake.
Filling 1 : Milk chocolate mousse.
Filling 2 : Double cream mixed with strawberry/blueberry jam.
Decorations : Icing sugar and Royal icing sugar .
