Crown appetizer - Coronita aperitiv










































How to make:
Base:250 g flour, 200 ml water,7g yeast,1 tbs olive oil,2 tbs double cream,2 tsp salt,1 tsp sugar.Mix all together and allow to rest for 30 mins in a warm place,until the dough is doubled its volume.Roll the dough on grease paper and add the sausages and cheese around the dough and roll the edge,then cut it as it shown in photos.Allow to rest for 15 mins and add the filling : 200 g grated cheese,1 chopped onion,150 g chopped mushrooms,100 g chopped ham,2 eggs,1/2 chopped red pepper,2 tbs double cream,black pepper,2 tbs tomatoes juice.
Bake into the oven for 20 mins at 200 C.
Tips : you can use any ham or cooked meat.
