Spaghetti alla carbonara e funghi - Spaghetti carbonara & mushrooms.















How to make :
250 gr  chopped bacon or pancetta, 6 eggs, 200 gr grated cheese,mozzarella,200 gr chopped mushrooms,500 gr spaghetti.
Boil the pasta according with the pack information and when spaghetti is cooked ,empty the entire pot into a strainer and shake out the water.
Use a large pan to fry the bacon or pancetta,add the mushrooms and cook for another 10 mins,add the boiled pasta and pour over, the mixture of 6 beaten eggs and 200gr grated mozzarella,stir on and bake for another 6- 8 mins .
Serve with grated Parmesan and fresh black pepper.
